Areas of Practice

Executive Coaching

Executive coaching has long been seen as one of the more intensive, yet effective, methods for senior leaders to approach their own development. I practice a form of executive coaching that leverages assessment (360°) and goal-setting. This approach focuses on identifying strengths that can be leveraged and weaknesses that can be addressed - each through behaviorally-centered action plans. Ultimately, I tailor the coaching protocol to what best suits the client.

Leadership Development

One of the most critical needs facing today’s organizations is leadership. Specifically, developing those employees who are technically competent into leaders comfortable with operating outside their technical expertise. Again, I tailor solutions to meet client needs, which may include systematic development programs, focused efforts for specific leaders, and identification of leadership potential.

Strategic Planning + Execution

Strategic planning seems second nature to talk about in the context of business. However, anyone in a senior leadership role knows that it is not as easy to execute. I work with clients to streamline strategic planning and bring structure to a sometimes chaotic process.
